  • You can become a member by signing up on our website or visiting us in person. We offer various membership plans to suit different wellness needs and preferences. 

    For members, flexible credits can be used on the modalities you need most, when you need them. Credits roll over, can be shared with family, and unlock exclusive member pricing, discounts, access to premium technologies and more!  

    We also offer other options including Day Passes, a la carte services, credit packages and group wellness experiences in addition to memberships.

  • Our operating hours are:

    • Tuesday to Friday: 9 AM - 7 PM CST

    • Saturday and Sunday: 9 AM - 5 PM CST

    • Monday: CLOSED

  • Yes, we offer introductory wellness consultations to better understand our clients' health goals, concerns, and current strategies for optimizing recovery and wellness. These consultations include a tour of our facility and a complimentary session of one of our base modalities. After the consultation and free treatment session, one of our wellness technicians will discuss a tailored recovery regimen and recommend a membership plan if appropriate. For those looking to explore more, $150 Day Passes include five credits toward select base and advanced modalities during a single visit.

  • You can book all of our services online through our website. Simply visit our Book Now tab, select your desired service, and choose a convenient time slot.

    We are also happy to help you book your appointment by phone if you have specific questions about availability.

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling so we can effectively manage availability and continue providing a high-quality client experience. For Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) appointments only, cancellations or no-shows made without the required 12 hour notice may result in a $100 cancellation fee charged to the card on file. We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances can arise and will always do our best to work with clients when appropriate.


  • If you find yourself running late, we provide a 5-minute grace period for your convenience. However, we strongly recommend calling ahead to inform us of your delay. Our staff will then check if we can adjust your appointment time or reschedule it to another day, based on availability. This allows us to maintain a respectful and seamless schedule for all our clients and existing appointments.

  • At MATTR Biowellness Club, our medical services—including IV therapy, IM injections, Peptide therapy and Hyperbaric oxygen therapy—are overseen by medical director, Syed Jamal M.D., Clifton Thomas M.D. and certified RN staff. They work closely with our team of skilled wellness technicians to thoroughly review each client's medical history and wellness goals, ensuring the highest standard of care and a safe, exceptional experience. Operating with professionalism and care is at the core of everything we do. 

  • Yes, all of our registered nurses and wellness technicians are highly qualified and certified in modality specific services to ensure you receive the best care and guidance.


  • Absolutely! Our experts specialize in creating personalized plans tailored to your specific health and wellness goals. By scheduling a consultation, our wellness technicians will develop a customized regimen that aligns with a MATTR membership, ensuring your plan is designed for consistent and optimal results.   • For your first visit, we recommend bringing comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and any personal items you may need. For specific treatments, you will receive additional information upon booking. If you have any questions or are unsure about what to bring, please don't hesitate to call us. We are happy to provide guidance to ensure you have an excellent treatment session and a great overall experience.

  • MATTR’s services are designed to complement, not replace, traditional medical care. Many clients continue working with their primary care physician or specialist while using MATTR’s services to support recovery, wellness, and long-term health goals.

  • Yes. MATTR’s services are designed to work synergistically. When appropriate, modalities may be combined to support recovery, circulation, inflammation reduction, and overall system balance — always guided by our team of wellness professionals.
